TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DOING BUSINESS WITH LAMINATOR EXPRESS

The Customer has the right to expect Fast, Fair, Courteous, Professional Service and a Quality Product. In order to provide the customer with the best finished-product possible we request the following:

The Customer must provide a Purchase Order with all Project Specifications clearly listed, we will use the instructions on the Purchase Order and Laminator Express will call to verify if information is incomplete or unclear, however, the outcome of the job is accountable to the person(s) providing the Project Specifications.

If the Customer is dropping off a job in person, he/she must, at that time, provide ALL Project Specifications to the employee taking the order. The outcome of the job is accountable to the person(s) providing the Project Specifications.

Any Customer who does not provide a Purchase Order may be asked to “OKAY” a copy of the Job Order / Invoice Prior to starting the job once the order has been placed.

Failure to provide Laminator Express with proper instructions and job specifications, which may result in any type of job error is at the cost of the customer including any/all charges incurred with Laminator Express or the cost to provide new materials to redo the job.

Some “special projects” (due to custom job specifications, size or timeframe) may require a deposit and a minimum notice prior to starting the job to ensure we have the proper supplies and staff on hand. These types of projects may add additional charges to the Customers final invoice, Laminator Express will advise.

Once a job has been taken in, should additional services be requested, they must be put in writing and signed off by the Customer. Laminator Express will try to honor all post job order requests, however, if the job is already in progress we may not be able to accommodate, at which time we will contact the Customer and advise.

While SAMPLES of pending jobs are not mandatory, they are encouraged

The Customer must provide Laminator Express with an accurate count as to the submitted and finished quantity of a project. Failure to do so may result in a final invoice different from the quoted amount.

Providing “overages” is highly encouraged.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Only Customers with approved credit and doing a minimum amount of business will be considered for a Laminator Express Open Account.

For Customers with an Open Account, payments are due Net 30 from the date of the invoice.

For accounts past 30 days, Late Fees will apply and will be compounded. We will add 1.5% to your total bill every 30 days.

For Customers on a current account, a 1.5% discount will be considered for payments made in 15 days or less. Payments made after the 15 days will be expected as Full Payment.

Minimum charges may apply on all services and products.

Customers paying by check are subject to a $25.00 Returned Check Fee and revocation of their Open Account if applicable. No PERSONAL Checks accepted.

Laminator Express reserves the right to retain or recall any job items that the Customer refuses to issue payment on for any reason. Further, failure or refusal to pay an invoice may result in the matter going to collections or legal means to collect the money due, including any applicable interest charges. If a matter escalates to collections or legal means the customer will be responsible for all related fees.

Projects that will require vendors, other than Laminator Express, to provide finished results may or may not be eligible for refusal-to-pay. As we cannot control what happens to a project that leaves our shop and is turned over to another vendor for additional work, we will not accept items for refusal that have left our shop and may have been ruined, damaged or otherwise altered by another vendor.

Laminator Express reserves the right to refuse the return and/or refund of goods and supplies purchased that may or may not affect the quality and resale value of the product.

All Customers eligible for exemption of Nevada Sales Tax MUST provide a true and current Certificate of Resale or other applicable documentation to Laminator Express. Outside parties may not use the Certificate of Resale from another company for their own benefit.

Ad Agencies, Print Shops and Brokers acting on behalf of a client are responsible for the accuracy of ALL job specifications and are responsible for ALL costs incurred. The Ad Agencies, Print Shops and Brokers acting on behalf of a client are themselves considered the “Customer” of Laminator Express. However, Laminator Express reserves the right to contact clients directly in certain matters.

Laminator Express reserves the right to refuse service to a Customer based on the content of the material provided to Laminator Express for service and/or a Customers refusal to accept the terms and conditions of doing business with Laminator Express.

Quotes are estimates only and are subject to final sighting of the project and related materials. All quotes are valid for 30 days from date issued unless stated otherwise.
